Call Pickup enables station users to pick up all types of ringing or held calls including internal,

[PDN] or [PhDN] calls ringing or on hold at other stations. Station users can also pick up CO/DID/ Tie line calls ringing or on hold at other stations, CO lines ringing during Night Mode to External Page or night bell, tandem CO line connections and Door Phone calls. Call pickup can be performed through programmable buttons (Directed Pickup, Group Pickup), or with an access code.
