System Availability: All systems An external microphone (RFDM) can be connected to the DKT2020-FDSP digital telephone enhancing “full-duplex” operation by virtue of the “superdirectional” characteristic of the microphone. When this option is on, the internal microphone is disabled on all but Voice First Handsfree Answerback calls and OCA calls. The external microphone is powered by the DKT and does not need to be turned off when not in use. |
