Net Phone 5.1 Now Available
- Net Phone Strata ACD Viewer: Net
Phone now includes the ability to display the current status of ACD
queues and ACD agents for ACD agents and supervisors. Details
provided include whether the queue is enabled or not, how many calls
are in queue and the longest wait time, how many agents are idle,
unavailable, busy and logged out. Agents will be able to login,
logout, initiate help requests and set unavailable status. Desktop
alarms can be created that will provide visual and/or audible alerts
of designated events. This powerful capability is only available
with the Enhanced version of Strata ACD.
- Voicemail Notifications on DSS Keys:
This feature can be used to see when other stations have voicemail
messages. Managers and supervisors who want to ensure speedy
response times for customers leaving messages now have the
information right in front of them.
- More Net Phone Skin Options: Net
Phone can now embed graphic images in the skin for more creative and
visual desktop appearance options. The Net Phone skin designer now
includes a graphics capture tool that can be used to copy images
from Windows or other applications. Users who want a custom desktop
appearance that may include graphic images, such as company logos,
can now easily tailor their look and feel.
- Net Phone Chat: Now with Embedded
Shareboard: Users can now easily share images from their desktop
with other Net Phone Chat users. This feature benefits users needing
to communicate about images or documents on their desktop by
allowing them to show that document or image rather than just
describe it. (Note: This feature does not transmit files for
collaboration and only shares the image that is selected from the
desktop.)
